MORT SIEGEL
Mort is a founding partner of Siegel & Moses, Mort was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1960, following his graduation from the University of Michigan (B.A., 1956) and DePaul University (J.D., 1960). Just one year later, he was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois, followed by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth, Seventh, and Eight Circuits, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mort is a member of International Network of Boutique Law Firms (INBLF) and also member of the Chicago, Illinois State, and American (Member, Section on Antitrust Law) Bar Associations.

MICHAEL A. MOSES
Mike is a founding partner of Siegel & Moses. He is admitted to the bars of Illinois, Texas, and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois, including trial bar. In addition, he is admitted to the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth, Fifth, Seventh, and Eight Circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mike graduated from the University of Michigan in 1972 and the University of Detroit Law School in 1975. He is a member of: Chicago, states of Illinois and Texas bar associations; the American Bar Association; and a member of the sections on Litigation, Administrative Law, Criminal Justice, and Business and Franchise Law. He counsels foreign and domestic producers, U.S. importers, as well as wholesaler distributors as to the distribution of alcoholic beverages within the U.S. He prepares commercial agreements between these types of parties for the manufacture, importation and distribution of their products. He also provides guidance regarding trade practices on a 50 state basis governing the marketing and promotion of alcoholic beverages. He appears on behalf of clients before various state and federal courts, regulatory agencies, as it pertains to disputes or matters regarding the alcoholic beverage industry. He appears internationally before the International Court of Commerce of The International Chamber of Commerce.

JENNIFER G. GALLERY
Jennifer is a partner and joined the firm in 1992. Jennifer oversees the firm’s national licensing practice and assists with regulatory compliance and trade practice matters in all tiers of the industry. She is a member of various organizations including the International Network of Boutique Law Firms (INBLF), the National Association of License Compliance Professionals (NALCP), National Association of Alcoholic Beverage License Attorneys (NAABLA), National Conference of State Liquor Administrators (NCSLA), and she sits on the Gaming Law Committee of the Chicago Bar Association. She graduated from the University of Iowa (B.S. in Accounting, 1991) and DePaul University College of Law (J.D., 1994) and was admitted to the bar in 1994.
