The collective experience of our principals spans more than 100 years.   Within the supplier tier our clients include foreign and domestic distilleries, wineries and breweries, as well as U.S. importers. On the wholesale level, we represent both local and national distributors of spirits, wine and beer. At the retail level, our clients include regional, national and international hotel and restaurant chains. Included with our principal areas of concentration are federal and state litigation (at the trial and appellate level); administrative proceedings; regulatory matters with various federal and state agencies; and commercial agreements such as those for production, supply, importation and wholesale distribution.   Siegel & Moses also secures the requisite licensing at the federal, state, and local levels as to suppliers, importers, wholesale distributors, and retailers located anywhere within the U.S. We also provide trade practice guidance as to the advertising, marketing and promotion of alcoholic beverages by industry participants, based upon the federal regulatory scheme as well as those for each of the 50 states and D.C.
